Welcome to the club. Actually Conmed PMO is a great place to work. Unfortunately there are really no positions for associates with laser etch and saw being the exception. Current management has burdened experienced PMO employees with the task of cleaning up all the fuck ups and scrap produced by these associates. If you don't believe me then just do an audit. Not sure how they continue to cover up all this scrap cost. We also continue to promote and pay more at the specialist level for new hires that do not have the qualifications for the position. Crap in, crap out. Just saying. We were a much better company where quality is concerned paying PMG talent 78 per hour of which paid the PMG experienced MACHINISTS 35 dollars an hour. They were guaranteed 50 hours per week. Good guys and almost zero scrap cost. So I ask current management, talking to you Marc. With all the hidden scrap costs. How do you sleep at night?
