How often is commission paid out: mostly/quarterly? Seems to be a subpar comp package if expenses are not reimbursed and there is no base pay. Thoughts?

Conmed Advanced Surgical has been the worst sales company by far. Yes, indeed, no expences at all. Not even mileage. They need to immediately stop talking about what products will be coming out. It's Too LATE! With 745 engineers they got NOTHING! And you wonder why your top tallent is sniffing out better and bigger opportunities. Drop the pressure, your pants and your pay.

I would say no . ConMed doesn’t have the resources or the man power to pull off such a feet. If ConMed was more like Stryker maybe .
