This is true. We have a reference contract and accept ADL insurance. Sampled will close on ADL in Q3 and keep LC reference contract.

LC supposedly passed. Too much risk especially if 50% of work controlled by reps with NC out in the event of a sale. RP asked for too much and eventually found a sucker in Sampled!

Start believing my friend, the time has come. RP just called for a meeting this week with key employees which means an announcement is imminent. Can't wait to see what they are offering.
