Compliance risk is all BS. If you have very little non-MCO medicaid & perform mostly blood work for Medcare you can basically do whatever you want. This is how Labcorp and Quest avoid all their payoffs!

Like 75% of sales reps & SM! RP also had issue with lowball upfront money and 3 year payout. He knew LCA would pay maybe 50% of payout at best. No one trusts LCA on payouts!
