It’s really sad. Abbv barely even pays lip service to patient health anymore.
 








What is going on with Abbvie Psych division High turnover, people leaving left and right. I made a 4th round (right before final) and was told the next day I wouldn’t move on. I accepted another role after being devastated but hearing from many that it was a blessing disguise. I hear the culture isn’t great and not healthy. I see the job is still posted, hasn’t been filled and it’s been open since May or June. The hiring manager was great however the other manager I interviewed with was…. NOT.
