Abbvie turnover at all-time high

About 80% of my calls are fake and I am the top rep on my team. My
manager loves me and leaves me alone. Best gig ever. 10-2 hours are so nice!

. If you get lucky enough to have a great manager and a halfway decent product this job is the best. If you don’t think that you are really lazy and probably never had hard job before. This is cake compared to all the manual labor I did prior to this. Be grateful for what you have.

The problem is that all the other Companies know about the Culture in AbbVie...So, they are running away from AbbVie employees during interviews. I am an overperformer here, and have been to the third round three times in the last month. FINALLY got the call I was hoping for. Buying out my RSU's and one week of vacation. Sayonara MFers!

Looking at a few roles and recruiting appears to be less than transparent in comp. Looking for facts from reps
Oncology sales grade 19
Published to 217k but recruiter saying want to stay below $200. 25k stock a year? Bonus? Friends interviewing why publish to 217k and offer 185k?

MEEM role grade 20
Salary 200-240k, Annual bonus percentage ? Stock annual 40k?
Do MEEMs get fleet vehicle or is it different by manager? Elahar? Telsio V?

Marketing grade 20
Salary posted to 247k recruiter tried 200 as highest. Would need to be closer to 220-240k. Annual bonus% stock said 30k less than MEEM for same grade.

Seems no consistency by grade. What am I not understanding? Seems you just have to negotiate with hiring manager and recruiting is low balling or doesn’t know.

The pension sucks.. do the math. 20 years and you get $1500 a month. What a joke. The golden handcuffs are silver

Pension is based on the best 60 months of consecutive earnings. You must have been an under performer as a rep. I had the Same amount of years in and my pension is $45k a year as a rep. Be happy you are getting something.
