That comment is completely false. If you are not able for the job just find a different job where your skills can be put to better use nobody is holding a gun to your head only yourself just start looking for another job. Go and live be happy.

Every day is bully bully bully and threaten threaten threaten. HR Guy from USA is tough cookie Life was much better in ceramics factory in Warsawa. Also me, I from east Europe also. Ireland very nice and Ireland people very nice, but not Abbott people. My supervisor say to me to be quiet if I think we are doing bad quality work or sometimes not safe, he say that if i report this i will end up back in Lubelszczyzna so fast with no money and no job. Sometimes I am scared in this place, it remind me of Mokotów prison in Warzawa. My illusions are broken by Abbott. YE Bastards r bugging the shite out of my arse

If you form a union you will be in breach of contract and be terminated immediately. If you mention the word you will be reported and terminated immediately. The best way to get at them is not hit the numbers and refuse overtime to force them to hire more people. This in turn will leave us over capacity and force them then to lay people off. It's time to play dirty. If supervisor threatens you report them for bullying and have a witness. Nobody can hold a gun to your head and say you have to give me 100000 parts a month give them 80000 parts so what you will finish late on Friday but paycheck will be the same. We don't need a union we just have to be smart and tactical but most important when it comes to overtime one hour per week will be sufficient in court that you never refused overtime and you did the best you could. Do not drop your trousers when the bend you over force them to rip the trousers off cos Id say 90per cent of ops can't take it anymore.
 






I find worken thru me breaks helps me hit me number and I get to leave early on Fridays. Shingo likes this and keep me safe from redundancy. A little arse kissing works wunders.
