Have you heard anything O2b1?. I had my phone screen this am..(midwest for those of you reading this) it was just like the other situational call i had before I got on my last contract. I have a friend on the east coast screaning in the am, tomorrow we were on the same contract, and trained together.

I will let you know what I hear. Keep me posted as well O2b1 - if you know any recruiters, or even have the email of any upper management...I would email them directly.
 
















Got a call today from a manager. He went over my background & then sent an email to schedule the phone screen (DDI). He said if I past the screen I will then proceed to the interview.
 
































































Can any of you share how long you have been unemployed. I have been experiencing prejudice against the lack of employment over a long period, since my contract ended. A recruiter recently gave me this honest feedback.

I believe the people who have been contacted were contacted to take the DDI assessment. Q has a week and a half to hire 500 reps. This may only be a phone interview from a hiring manager to former Q employees to be offer a position.

I haven't been contacted either, at all since I sent the email back. I also went to the Q-site and applied there as well.

Single income family and it's all me.
 








Have a phone screen today. Applied with referal from current Quintiles rep - do think this helps. Was laid off from Novartis 6 months ago -along with 1400 others. Am 52 and feeling paranoid about that - almost makes me want to lie about college grad date. I know you don't have to give that info but if you don't give it then maybe they think you are hiding something. Not a good feeling either way. I have had 5 pharma interviews with minimum competition being about 6 candidates.
Can't imagine trying to do this at age 56 or 59 - must get even worse.
