6517

The Janssen 6517 contract has been rescinded by the client. This information per my recruiter in the east. Janssen received unfavorable info from the fda regarding xarelto and new indication. There is talk of a new quintiles contract in the works for a very large sales force. Good luck everyone![/QUOTE

Did he call you or did you call him? I have not heard from anyone? anyone else?

I called him. After many many unreturned calls. It annoys me that they ate being so tight lipped over this. I think it has to do with professional confidentiality for the client.

You don't have to "hear" anything. The writing is all over the internet. Google Xeralto and you will see what a blow this lack of FDA approval is for J&J/Bayer. However with that said, after reading all of the analytical comments, it appears Xeralto wasn't that great of a drug. It would have greatly fallen short of Pfizer's blood thinner which is about to be approved. So maybe this is a blessing is disguised.

Nothing is certain..... There is a review in Thursday. Just pray that it goes well.

yes I read that too but somehow I think the indication will not be bestowed on Thurs and more studies will be called for. This indication is NOT happening anytime soon; the warfin data in questionable, the Xeralto dosing is questionable...

I heard that as well but not confirmed, that they are still gonna hire some. I have heard from my recruiter yet.

What do you mean......They were offered positions for this contract?
2 people on here said their managers/recruiters told them that the contract is STILL on....the rest of the people have been told it is NOT. So at least 2 people have a job because the ones that have been told no dont. I still have not heard either way.
