I've had my interview, too. 5 STAR questions, Colcrys role play, and went over my 30,60, 90 day business plan. They want to hire people that will work well by themselves and not depend on a pod.

Use the S.T.A.R. format to answer your questions. Also be prepared to do a quick role play of Colcyrs. You will get a visual aid at the interview. You should go over the PI from the web and also know about the disease state and competitors.

Had my 2nd with the RM today, forget her name. Went well and we got along quite well. Hoping that I get chosen. Hopefully I did not fondle her innards too much, but after a long day of interviews she was ready for some relaxation! She took my fingers in stride.

I have a question, I was interviewed for the job with the dm and told no cap on bonus..potential of 10k to 12k possible per quarter. Is this true. I have an opportunity to go with another company (not pharma) but permanent, but the money would be a good bit less with the 2nd job. Kinda need to know if Doctors are writing it or are they mad about cost...I work hard but want know if this is possible. Any colcrys vet out there could share...appreciate it. I have been out of work for about a year.
 












Interview with Regonal Manager next week. Has anyone been told what average bonus per year could be. I have been told in the past everyone made around $20,000 and that next yeart it would be about $35,000. Anyone know different?
 












I do not know what to put on my appilcation for salary. I made $80,000 salary and $25,000 bonus last year. I was recently laid off. I do not want to price myself out of a job. I really would appreciate some insight. 3 kids- single mom- need to work- anything is better than 21,000 on unemployment. Also, do not want them to think I willl just leave. If Iam going to train it is not going to be easy for me to up and leave my kids again. If I take it I would stay- so just not sure what to put- Thanks

I think the max salary for this job is $57,000 or $58,000, so that is what I would put down for desired salary. Good luck! I do wish that all the negative rude people would stop posting.

Thank you I really appreciate it. I have been afraid to out price. Thanks for being nice. Sad but cruel and vulgar seems to be a theme on all boards.
