Does anyone have any more details on this contract? It's a late march start date? Are the DM's going through interviews now? Really....they want people with little pharmaceutical sales experience? Why?

The managers are being interviewd now with hire dates set for March 28. It is an expansion from 10-30 DMs and 100-300 reps. The contract was extended as of January 2011 for 3 years. Reps' interviews will begin in April with a start date of May 9. Preference for experience in rheumatology.

Not true! Med D coverage is there but mostly teir 3. So out of pocket cost is high unless the patient is dual eligible.

I heard that a rep made a $70,000 quarterly bonus on this contract last year. Surely that is not true?

It is true. He is in New York. However, the commission structure is very different now.
