That SPN812 projection is likely based on managed care coverage and the data we will be selling at launch. The company just needs a little time to get a few patients to try SPN812 so that our medical people can put together a pragmatic study that shows unbelievably better efficacy and fewer ae’s

This is so great! Obvious sarcasm but the exact strategy we followed for OXR and TXR. OXR real data is an absolute dog but pragmatic assessment increased efficacy by 30%. Wow, many lives saved

There’s a reason they stopped putting the actual data in our marketing materials. All post hoc, “pragmatic assessment” , OLE bs that docs immediately roll their eyes at.

That’s not gonna happen. Notice they haven’t done it in years? They probably decided that part of the budget was better served by just giving the RDs their massive raises.
