2021 Projections

810 was granted fast track designation, not 812.

You are correct, my mistake. Would you say that Supernus slow played getting 812s phase 3 fully enrolled? It sure felt that way. Also wouldn't you agree they delayed filing the original NDA for 812? If my memory serves me correctly they sat on the data for almost 8 months before filing the NDA in 2020.

And before you say something stupid like “810’s FaiLUrE iS pRooF ThAT RoCkvIlLe cAnt GeT a DrUg ApPrOvEd.” Please remember that this happens all the time in pharma. The fast track designation was based on the potential of it being the first molecule to treat IA. The study didn’t work out. It happens.

I don't need to say anything about Rockville any longer. Rockville has made it abundantly clear that they have been driving drunk for years.

You catch the stock price after our earnings call??

I don’t want to be mean, but I don’t think you understand how the stock market works. Look up how earnings reports can effect a stocks price.

Please tell me you are joking? This nonsense of “you don’t know” is really getting old. So okay expert, if Rockville isn’t the problem tell me why the stock plunged after the earnings call?

All this stuff aside, the bulk of people are staying with supernus obviously. a lot of us have invested our whole lives into this company. Back to convos surrounding launch... i really just want to know - how is everyone feeling about launching this "blockbuster" while most of ADHD offices are closed? even peds offices are making patients sit in their cars and the office stays closed. i'm concerned. my offices are very closed and I have been able to get little traction in ADHD offices. I am more scared than excited for launch considering this information.

You get creative with access and stop making excuses

You get creative with access and stop making excuses

Ahh yes, creative, managements favorite word. When management uses the word creative it’s also their way of saying they have no idea.

So as it stands our ADHD offices aren’t letting reps in, we can’t take in food, we don’t have samples, and we don’t have an approved product. So please provide some specific examples on what you mean when you say “creative”.

It’s insulting that anyone in this company is implying that reps aren’t working. I’ve heard it all over the place. Not just on this thread. I don’t care if you’re a manager or if you’re a rep. To come on here and say “get off the couch” is unfair and UNHELPFUL. Everyone has put themselves at risk and in incredibly uncomfortable situations in order to sell these two products as well as trying to figure out these ADHD offices.

I really don’t care what you think. Have fun launching adhd with 10 M projection for 6 months. Spend your bonus wisely
That SPN812 projection is likely based on managed care coverage and the data we will be selling at launch. The company just needs a little time to get a few patients to try SPN812 so that our medical people can put together a pragmatic study that shows unbelievably better efficacy and fewer ae’s

yes. That’s it. We just need a pragmatic assessment to have coverage. Also, 812 AEs are almost similar to strattera Incase you missed it. But hey, pragmatic assessment will save us all.
