If a manager has time to do 2 day ride alongs with reps your company has too many managers and obviously they have no work they need to get done. It's time to downsize management. Each manager should have at least 20 reps assigned and at least 2 states.

Money is to be made everywhere in a car dealership. Sales, finance, service all work on commission. To make 300K you have to sell high end European brands in large Metro areas. Used cars are the most profitable. Market is growing and government wants everyone to switch to electric. No generic competition and compliance audits. Pharmaceuticals is one of the worst.

Those are from the past, the 96 is the most recent layoff which has passed already, the dates are from the most recent 96 layoff. If there is a new warn it will be more than 96 also it will reflect the date that is the last day of employment, not the day it is reported
