Ahahaha, spot on post here. Everybody lies at training. He guys raise their salary by 5 or 10 grand, and the ladies lower their conquests by 5 or 10 one night stands. whores.
 












To the ladies who put forth this case.... Thank you!! I just received a nice check in the mail and I am no longer with this worthless company! I read the lawsuit and experienced everything these women said happened to them as well. I never came forward because of retaliation and now I see that karma has finally bit Daiichi Sankyo in the ass!! Yes... Karma is a bitch and some Daiichi Managers should absolutely need to go to additional training to learn how to treat their employees properly. If anyone is still with this company and selling its worthless products, please do yourself a favor and find another job, ANY COMPANY IS BETTER THAN THIS ONE! I have found that to be true myself.... Sent off with an amazing severance package and checks are still coming to my house!!!

the check will be unemployment and after that you will get a welfare check but what you really need is a reality check. You had a victim mentality while you were here, I don't like what is happening to me but I wont say or do anything to make my situation better. think of the difference you could have made for yourself and other people if you would have stood up for yourself. Try and do that in the future you have to believe you are worth it and people are only going to treat you they way you let them

So which "victim" were you? The one who went to a sales meeting and the RD didn't say hi? The one who wasn't able to transfer to a closer territory because she didn't like the commute for the job she was offered? The one who was so sure she was getting paid lass than her male counterparts because she is keenly aware of salaries.....yet gets upset when she has to payback money accidentally overpaid to her that she somehow didn't notice?

I'll shut up when you can provide me with a rational explanation as to how it is "discrimination" if a company overpays a rep on maternity leave and then asks for the money back? How is the rep a victim in that?

Does anyone know how much the additional payouts will be for those that filed claims? They are supposed to be paid by June 10th and there was a total pool of $900k but I wasn't sure how many people this was being divided by.
