it's kind of funny that the average payout was $3K, yet the "man" who brought in the outside hire instead of allowing a female transfer that was mentioned in the lawsuit picked up $4,500 in his finders fee.

I wonder how much the attorney's office gets? What was the lawyers bonus? I'm guessing more than $3K.

DSI doesn't have $100 million to give to anyone. They already gave $30+ million to the FDA last year, cutting over half the sales force and every corner it can. Most of the ppl accused in the lawsuit were long gone by the time it went to litigation(which I'm sure was part of DSI's plan to make things look better). So while ppl can call it frivolous or whatever, DSI has $0 to play with. The courts aren't going to make them go bankrupt over this.

I can only imagine the plaintiffs now:

To their attorneys: When you convinced us to join the lawsuit, I thought you said we'd make a ton of money from this suit??

The attorneys: That's right! WE'D make a ton of money from this suit.

Hey I wasn't part of lawsuit so don't get upset with me... But I left my job with false promises only to be laid off! So if I can get $3300 more sign me up!! Could "care less" if RD, who stays at home doing nothing all day- makes 180k a year and does nothing but run conferences calls each Friday.. Says hi to me!! It's actually funny watching these self important people puff chests out at meetings.. We know how overpaid they are and how little they work!!
