She’s a disaster. Extremely shady and compulsive liar. HR won’t do anything now but their hands will be forced as she’ll continue to do things that put novartis at risk.
 




Dez must be let go for multiple reasons including incompetence and liability to the company. Is Victor willing to continue to support Dez to the point of losing his own job?
 




Besides hiring 80% from the outside, they will hire a collection of box checkers so they hit their metrics. They may a breakthrough medicine, but they will horribly launch it. Any examples, Entresto launch was poor until it got in the guidelines and they discounted in managed care, Leqvio has been a flop, and it will continue to track well below forecasts and expectations. Just to name a few.

Kesimpta has been flat for 6 months. Neuro may be the worst division in Novartis. We have zero leadership and our director is MIA.
