What was the point of the “pilot” group when they haven’t even piloted shit yet? PB is sinking this ship with old BM right there with him. They had 3 years to roll out Kerendia and THEY failed and now they are just trying to see what they can throw against the wall. Retire boys….you are past your prime.

Agreed, Kerendia is bombing under PB's watch, yet he gets promoted. He brought NOTHING to our team in the past 3 years. In fact he's destroyed the culture or what's left of it. HE needs a PIP
 












Rumor is they will have more layoffs this Fall in the salesforce. They know people will leave over this decision to train us on Kerendia. Don’t leave. Let them pay more severances.
 




What’s funny is I like DSO so far but I think if Bill Anderson REALLY looked at what was happening on the Pharma side of things he would realize PB is not the leader to take us forward. BA is too busy (rightfully so) trying to save Crop Science that he is putting too much trust in his Pharma leadership team.
 




Total and complete bull shit that is doing nothing but distracting us from what we get paid to do. Apparently the goal is to run off as many WHC reps as possible to reel back in salaries. The problem with that theory however is the drag it will make on IUD sales will far exceed any salary savings. Someone please inject some sanity here. We are specialized and have no business cross training, unless you are an AGM.

Doesn't DSO require this type of approach to be built up from the customer facing level to management and not the other way around? Certainly feels hierarchical?

Historically PB never listened to the field and he has failed miserably. Once again, a man that hasn’t stepped foot in the field in years is telling us what is best for sales. You’re failing Paul. Your VP’s are afraid to speak truth to you. Host a call with the field if you want truth. The problem is, you don’t want to hear it because you think you know better. You are NOT following DSO. You are dictating. You are failing.

I feel really bad for Sebastian. He built a really solid culture and as he said many times, culture eats strategy for lunch. Now, its a shit show and culture is at an all time low. He’s moved on to bigger and better things but he has to be really disappointed with whats happened to what he created and achieved.

I agree. Sebastian is a good dude. PB is NOT qualified to run Pharma. He failed when purchasing Conceptus and he failed (along with BM with the launch of Kerendia). NO ONE has respect for those guys. Bring Nelson back.
