Cobra took too long to get activated so I went without medical treatment and doc appts. No one cares about people on Cobra, not the employer, not the insurance company and definitely not Cobra until the employer discount period is over and then the only people who can afford Cobra are VPs and above or barely EDs and above. The rest of the people go without insurance or go through the horrible process of affordable care/Obamacare.

They don’t care. And they don’t mean what they say. They don’t help you on your new job search. They likely won’t even hire you back in another role . I used to think it’s great here . But sadly it’s not what I thought and I guess I’ll just wait for the shoe to fall

So spot on, management is incompetent. How does a manager not report police escorting rep from office? This place is like a soap opera without the drama…just a whole lot of chaos! If they had actual leaders instead of a bunch of confused squirrels cb running around, maybe it wouldn’t be such a spectacular circus. Seriously, I half-expect someone to start juggling fire while riding a unicycle!

The ELT isn't "doing the best it can". The ELT's piss poor decisionmaking is why we're in this predicament. Where is the accountability, why aren't they losing their jobs?

Instead they will lay off some poor schmuck with a few dollars to his name. Not a smart move in the current social climate. But BMS leadership isn't exactly known for their intelligence or foresight.

You are spot on! Of course lay offs aren’t surprising with coming LOE. But no one at LT takes accountability. They all keep their jobs and fat bonuses. Disgusting.

The board needs to step in to fire this entire incompetent ELT! This ELT is not only makes the lives of employees miserable, they are drowning the BMS name which will kill this company. They need to do something now.
