DO NOT GO TO WORK HERE! Been in Pharma for years. Worked for good companies and bad companies. Paratek is by far the worst place I have ever worked before. Maricel (MF) really is the devil incarnate. She has run off some very talented people here and no one is going to do anything about it. She has a way overinflated sense of her worth. and Mark (MH) is about as incompetent as you can get. They will charm you initially, but if you miss sales for 2 quarters, you will be put on a plan. You will never get off the plan either. DO NOT WORK FOR PARATEK

Maricel is not the problem. She is a strong leader and if you can't take her shit then you need to move on. Anyone who puts in an honest days work and holds themselves to a high level of accountability doesn't run into "Maricel problems". End of story. No this isn't Maricel, it's actually a male that respects her and would vouch for her to anyone anywhere. Maricel, thank you for your development.

Ha, what an utter and complete lie. I personally know 6 people who left, myself included, directly due to her mismanagement.
