And to be completely honest, I believe most of the negative posting here are from old white males. See a pattern? Definitely! Female Lilly managers are notorious for being insecure, controlling, and totally untrustworthy. Go as a group to HR and boot them out instead of them running off reps who threaten their fragile egos. With all this mismanagement it's no wonder Lilly is regarded as a second rate company. Not so years ago when it was a respected powerhouse. Losers bring everything down to their level of incompetence and the company, (and stockholders), suffers.And how about the corporate MBS's they plug into the DM roles to check the box in the their field management experience. Many don't even try to do a good job as DM's, just enjoy their time away from LCC for a year or two. What benefit do the sales reps get from these clowns?
