Baxter is ran by a bunch of idiots that don't know anything. At any level of management you will find dummies that only got there because of who they know, who they are related to, or who they f***ed. No room for growth unless you like to kiss a$$ and are a white male.
Non stop irrelevant bs... Submit calls for 3 months, calls increase but no vaction credit, lame management from direct report to top executives. Useless time wasting meetings to report what can easily be show with data downloads
Company is out of money & hiding things left and right. NO TRANSPARENCY. All upper management is unqualified and has no clue what is going on nor do they care to know. They will continue to run each division into the ground.
