140k + 60k bonus (if targets are met quarterly). This pay scale is comparable within the industry YET you won’t have 8-12 reps to manage… you’ll have 30+ reps… Texas RSM has 40+ reps! The pay of 1 doing the job of 4 RSMs/DMs).I am curious as well, was reached out for a manager position. Any idea?
