140k + 60k bonus (if targets are met quarterly). This pay scale is comparable within the industry YET you won’t have 8-12 reps to manage… you’ll have 30+ reps… Texas RSM has 40+ reps! The pay of 1 doing the job of 4 RSMs/DMs).
This company is ok with the “cheerleader approach to managing” (look it up). It’s a stepping stone environment with majority of talent being subpar due to 48k starting salary.
 




The really need to add more manager headcount with the size of the sales force to keep up with growth. Maybe a few regional vp reporting to vp and several rsm additions added under each rvp.
