I've been here awhile and never seen the morale so low as it is now. How 3 people can come in and destroy a culture in such a short amount of time is astounding.....apparently they do this wherever they go. Why would our board bring over people with this kind of a background?

We were all alerted to this on CP long ago. Tbe board wants a good stock price, we make sales and they cut costs. That's the culture. We all need jobs and they are counting on it. The "leaders" who have taken over are simply a gang that's loyal only to themselves. Obviously the Board has decided people and morale don't matter, or they are just asleep at the wheel.

I would agree. I have never seen such a large number of reps despise the leadership Like this before.
