Zone Director Interview outcomes????

Yeah right. All these post are so nonspecific. If people had any answers they would say. I don't believe for a minute that we got rid of 4 ZDs and promoted a KAM. If you do, I have swamp land for sale. Until I see initials I call BS to this thread. It just doesn't make sense. The original post listed more facts and rings more true. JT, PC, RY and JK all safe. AP- Savannah, LH- Austin, DE resigned. That poster sounds like the are really in the know. The others sound like they are just guessing.
 






Unfortunately, this is true. PC will lead the new A zone. JC (current KAM) will lead the new B zone. The new C zone is up in the air. D zone remains with JT. E zone is RY.

AP was not offered Savannah. JT was in Chesterbrook interviewing KH and BL for it. RY and JK were not offered options since neither were willing to move. DE resigned on her own most likely due to the heat that is currently on her, and with more on the way, she had to go.

This truly is a sad time for Shire. Say what you want about the Zds as individuals or in respect to their positions, nobody deserves to be let go. Especially when it's blatantly obvious that the decisions on who stays/goes or who replaces the departed is so heavily based on who KK and PS "likes"

You're close, but not 100% correct. AP is gone. JC is likely to take the ZD role, but it's official. And, JT's new/old zone is still the South Zone D.

A- PC
B - likely JC
C - OPEN
D - JT
E- LH

you'll all get an email recording tomorrow to announce.
 






it amazing that cafépharma has become the best company communication tool we have to find out what is going on within the company. I remember when cafépharma was said by management to be nothing but lies. amazing how it has reversed over the years.

KK and PS will have you believe that its "just a few disgruntled employees" Just because most don't post doesn't mean many are not thinking it.
