Do you mean that the manager will set you up? You said "they will put you in questionable HIPAA practices with your hospitals"? Can you tell me what you have heard their practices have been? Do they create a problem for you with the hospitals?

Lets put a little perspective on the venoms source. 2009/2010 "Rick Packer wants us to hire NP/PA's as PSRs. (THAT'S asking for a violation, with a cash payoff of $160 per vest). Get it done, no excuses." Anyone remember the "mid-level trackers" heck, we were even spiffed. I suppose a provider has never been "coached" to restate a consult note either, "uh Dr. you can't put EF%35-40 or EF% 36, it has to be EF%35 or less for the company and carriers to authorize.....uh dr. can you put sustained VT. Wait how about Dr. can you just check off 6 months so we don't have to bother you with reorders. I know the patient may not need the vest but we will only bill for the time in the vest. Oh wait how about, "hi unit secretary this is ding-dong from Zoll and I know I am the 40th person to call but can you refax the cath report and everything else again......um "we didn't receive"....maybe you faxed them to a pizzeria (might has well have as Zoll is not HL-7 compliant nor fax secure to handle high volume medical faxes.

Propping up your district so you can sit on your backside and add nothing of value to either line (Top line= driving sales, or bottom line=COSTS!!! Your useless salary/benes/comp for the dribble that comes out of your mouth). I come to you for direction, problem solving and I get TWICE the amount of work and lame excuses out of you. I am tired of praying over it for a change. Presently, the value needed in this organization is not monetary as noted by the FDA! Its leadership, competent management and quality systems to ensure patients aren't hurt, physicians aren't lied to and the medical communities trust is rebuilt. You see I have "the numbers", I am not worried...you should be the one asking questions as a manager or "leader". How and when did your integrity or values degrade to the point where you didn't see or care about patients or your own employees enough to foster the right change? Oh by the way, that's not a question from your next interview but rather when you kneel at the gates and the Lord Jesus Christ, our savior asks that of you. Hmm ponder that perspective of ASSumption.

I suggest you stop spending time on this site and address the real problems with this company such as the FDA warning letter, the lack of clinical data, the inexperienced and fragile egoed leadership, and needing to deliberately deceiving people in order to have them come on board to try steal their relationships, or to customers on the effectiveness of the product. Darn it! I earned enough points for a Cadillac but unfortunately with the negative adjustments I had to return it for a pair of steak knives. Unfortunately, the carrier kicked back the claims and I had to return the steak knives as well. Good news though I did pick up a pair of plastic sporks from lunch the other day.

Would you mind clarifying your statement. FYI- Hope is not a strategy in business therefore, I leave that for my personal life. The reason why the majority of us are here is because we historically have represented life saving solutions ranging from medications to CRM (cardiac rhythm management- for those without lifesaving experience aka lifecor management d-list)
