They apparently fixed the comp plan which was 98% was people were bitching about. If you have good managers and ADs it shoulf be a good opportunity

98% stupid comp plan BTW not fixed, 98% stupid managers, ADs, and every internal person that works processing orders. Unbelievably full of people who get confused with the simplest question.

yet we all take a "personality work ethics assessment" that's hard to pass??? I guess not
stupid is as stupid does

Agree,
The new Comp plan is more of the same spread out over a quarter goal.
And there's no support at the top level management.
so much frustration and no answers in sight.

You're correct. It is a bandage for a shitty environment and plan. I want my money asap after I fit patients. Every company has a target net profit they're trying to achieve. All the higher base salaries and trips do is take away from the commission pool. The companies net profit target stays the same. What that means is that average salaries used to be 160000 for TMs. Now they're more like 130000. Put a true rentention plan in place and pay me a bonus at 6 months, 1 year and so on just for withstanding this place ON TOP of what I make with base and commissions. That might help the 60% turnover, overall company profits and overall culture. Quit turning this place into a pharma company AM.
