This company cant keep reps longer than 3 years because no one can hit 60% growth perpetually. Add to that the culture is AWFUL for sales reps, and no one will stick around once pay drops below $150k.

So true. The company expects 60% growth year over yer for you to just make your number. Watch out if you come in to this company on fire and actually make money cause your quota will increase much more than 60% and then you will make squat. You would think they would realize that sales reps want to make money. If the company is making money, why can't the sales force make money? 60% growth year over year is crazy and you just can't make good money doing this year over year. This is a 1-2 year job at best.

So you sell to the cath lab currently and your asking if the product is sold through the cath lab? Let me guess... You do your cath lab lunch once every 2 months tell a couple jokes and perform your show and tell with your widget that is on some gpo contract. If you work anywhere around the cath lab you should know the answer. Your just the type of person Zoll is currently hiring! Come on board and follow your nose. The stench will lead you to the business!

Only problem is the company is run by engineers. So stick your salesmanship product comment in your ass. Policies here are not sales friendly! You are not given the tools you need to succeed! See above! Large bills to patients tech support morons making decisions that affect your customers! Sales has NO control of there destiny. So is it really a salesmans product?? Hardly!!! And by the way how old are you 70? Update your rhetoric!
