Agreed, no one is making 165K here. That’s a blatant lie with quarterly quotas

No. Typically less than 40 percent of reps are at plan. Zoll makes the quotas very tough to hit for most reps. If you have a blowout year you’re likely to get quota increases that are so high you will never get close to hitting. For a product that has not had major updates in years it’s amazing they would do that to their reps.

Any company that isn’t a bottom feeder would want 70 percent of their reps at plan.

Zoll is proud of the fact over half of their reps don’t hit plan. It makes it hard for any of us to make consistent money. They have a formula on calculating quotas that instead of using an entire year they only use certain parts so that they can make quotas as high as possible. Then when you question it they tell you they don’t care. This is the reason people are leaving.
