Not terrified at all but when I was 17, found them annoying. Never punched or shot one but did come close top smacking one when I was walking home late while in college.

No, I'd fight back like a man with 2 balls. If everyone who got punched in the nose shot the puncher, we'd have quite a reduction in population.

Yes, no comparison, however, my point was - the law convicts or aquits (supposedly) based on evidence presented. We all know innocents are convicted and guilty parties are aquitted from time to time. Therefore, unless startling new evidence either way is presented, a verdict will likely be reached that neither of us agree on. Nonetheless, society will say, 'justice has been done'.
