have you not seen a broken plate before? There’s a reason why they all happen around the screw holes. Ask any trauma rep for any company, you get the same answer, and the mechanism of fracture basically the same. Excess force. Have you been to any manufacturing facility? We all want things to be identical but they aren’t. Anyone in the industry will tell you this is not a hill to stand your ground on, gonna make a fool of yourself screaming like this. You wanna put a ceramic replacement out there and put them through the same forces that metal implants go through? Please get back to us on the results. I’ve seen more broken ceramic femoral heads with shards all over the pelvis and leg than I have seen broken plates or fractured metal implants. Ceramic is not how you wanna fix metal fracture issues. And a magical “coating” isn’t gonna sell itself to surgeons or hospital buyers. Ceramic coatings have always been a no no for total joints, there’s a lot you need to learn. Anyone can say anything, especially these days, especially on YouTube lol. When people who actually know an industry and what’s been attempted and tried before are saying solid ceramic is a dream, an unsellable not cost effective dream at that, maybe you should listen. Sintx just an annoying uncle at a dinner telling you how smart he is and all his inventions (Nothing actually made). Except Sintx is the uncle that scams you by getting you to invest in this amazing invention that doesn’t even exist.
