ZB Ortho Solutions

"Our mission is to create a culture
and company of selfless leaders
by taking ownership, showing
vulnerability, while being
humble and disciplined."

I'm trying to figure out what part the mission statement MO & JS created they follow. They are not selfless, they take no ownership, no way they show vulnerability, and it's laughable that one would call them humble. Disciplined? Yeah, right... they create all these processes and procedures but never follow through with them or follow through with what the handbook reads, their own or the corporate ZB handbook.

This thread has become the laughing stock at corporate and throughout the country. Everyone has seen it and everyone has talked about it and is talking about it. I have yet to find one person that works directly with this distributorship be surprised about anything on this thread or the ZB Kentucky one.

got told by TE to leave our computers on over the weekend for “an update”. everyone on operations needs to careful about what websites they are visiting and who they care corresponding with before they get retaliated against.

Boys club? Where are the invites to everyone?
Who am I kidding.... I’d make an excuse not to come anyways. I prefer not to be part of the book club and cult like brainwashing.

Why was I not aware of this? I’ve been on the team since the beginning... why am I not invited?

MO. How dare you place the blame for this thread elsewhere in your meeting with Hanson. This thread is strictly because of you and JS and the selfish egotistical ways you two run your business. Just more proof that you will always point the finger another direction as opposed to taking ownership of both of your wrong doings.

Keep in mind, OUS HCPs that participate in your meeting may have strict meal limits that follow the HCP (i.e. Belgium).
Appropriate Business Discussions:
When collaborating with HCPs, either at the booth or during a Zimmer Biomet event, discussions relating to the following topics must be directed to the appropriate Zimmer Biomet team members (i.e. development, medical education, etc.):
• Conversations pertaining to a HCP’s consulting arrangement; • Potential or current development agreements; or
• Intellectual Property related topics or ideas
Additionally, conversations about the sale of our products must not be combined with discussions about HCP arrangements.
There will be thousands of customers and potential customers at every turn. Your Compliance team will be at the Zimmer Biomet booth to assist with any HCP interaction questions you may have. Please contact them if you have any questions.

I hope the sales teams are reading their emails. Compliance is a big deal at these events and we all know that it isn’t followed within th Zimmer Biomet OrthoSolutions (KY) group.

Sitting over here eating my popcorn with my right hand confetti in the left just watching this train wreak and waiting to celebrate this distributorship finally being decimated. Tic Toc. Tic Toc.

Make sure you’re not using any office devices for personal use ladies and gentlemen. TE sent that email out for a reason and if you don’t think that’s so they could track your every move you’re crazy. Log out of your social media and personal emails from your computers so they don’t know who you’re talking to. Do not misstep within those four walls. All eyes are on the subject of who could be talking and who could be posting. Be safe these three (Mo, TE, JS) will definitely be on the hunt and you are now considered their prey.
