The hotline has been called multiple times, leaving us wondering, is anyone even working the hotline?
They don’t give a shit.

Unfortunately corporate has been manipulated into thinking that everything is good because all blame has been placed on former employees. Send your complaints up the corporate chain. Eventually, they will have to listen.

Zimmer Biomet if you are not taking this serious trust me. Your Competitors are already preying on what you have left. Not only will they flip your business they will thrive upon it. They know the weaknesses very well of those that you have entrusted. They know this territory is now at its breaking point. Their attorneys are working hard reading non- competes and their corporations/ agencies are moving quick writing new hire contracts. Everyday that you let pass with taking no action is another day those still loyal to your awaited actions lose even more hope!!!

They pride themselves on leadership development and transforming organizational culture but the very “leaders” lack the leadership skills necessary to build a successful culture, much less lead a successful company. Lies, manipulation, threats, and coercion are the trademark “values” of this organization, fully supported by the “HR department” that doesn’t have a clue about workforce management or HR regulations. From changing your commission structure to territory reduction without a single word until you inquire after receiving your pay check, JS and MO will rape you all the while blaming you for their actions.

Weekly issues with back order of supplies needed for surgery, belittling of the “team” and threats of retribution when you ask for feedback and assistance to eliminate process inefficiencies created by the distributor, including charging reps for lost products they have lost or cannot be found because 3 states are sharing one tray due to back order issues, is part of daily life with this comany. If you value your reputation and have created any credibility as a sales rep, do not work for this distributor. Ask all of the experienced, proven workforce that has left...workforce satisfaction and retention is not a priority.

The entire distributorship is a liability for the parent company. If corporate doesn’t realize it yet, they soon will. This thread can’t be any more transparent.

They pick and choose who they go after and threaten people, intimidate people and point the finger at anyone but themselves. Look at how they speak about others. It tells a story. The fingers need to be pointed in the right direction. How many employees would still be here if they didn’t have to pay back training fees or weren’t scared they’d be threatened legally? I know I wouldn’t. Just waiting for them to pull us in their office one by one.

These guys need to be pruned. Read Necessary Endings. They made us read it. Prune them before all their bad seeds spread throughout KY. Even the manager in charge of the book club for this book said this is over the top.
