As far as I know, no one that has quit or been fired has been given one. Isn’t it park of the handbook?has TE conducted any exit interviews ?
All this talk and has anyone called the compliance numbers???? Probably not.... Stop the talking and let’s force these non compliant reps out.
These guys cannot get away with this. Please upload the video or if you want to protect the victim send it to her and let her make the decision how to move forward. These kind of accusations must be taken seriously by the company.
Unfortunately corporate has been manipulated into thinking that everything is good because all blame has been placed on former employees. Send your complaints up the corporate chain. Eventually, they will have to listen.All compliance does is send the tips to the distributors who in turn say they took care of the issue by firing someone .... the WRONG person. Enough is enough. If Corp can’t handle the issues , looks like someone else will...

im tired of this company and this process. I think that we should gather a group of us and meet with Chip Rupp and make the switch to SN. He will put together a deal for us and we can be finished with this oppressive situation. Let’s see if “little man” and “hothead” want to pursue all of our non-competes at once. That will be a very expensive venture and I don’t think they will take money out of their pockets to pursue all of us. Who’s with me??

Zimmer Biomet Oliver Stansberry needs new leadership. They pride themselves on leadership development and transforming organizational culture but the very “leaders” lack the leadership skills necessary to build a successful culture, much less lead a successful company. Lies, manipulation, threats, and coercion are the trademark “values” of this organization, fully supported by the “HR department” that doesn’t have a clue about workforce management or HR regulations. From changing your commission structure to territory reduction without a single word until you inquire after receiving your pay check, JS and MO will rape you all the while blaming you for their actions.
Weekly issues with back order of supplies needed for surgery, belittling of the “team” and threats of retribution when you ask for feedback and assistance to eliminate process inefficiencies created by the distributor, including charging reps for lost products they have lost or cannot be found because 3 states are sharing one tray due to back order issues, is part of daily life with this comany. If you value your reputation and have created any credibility as a sales rep, do not work for this distributor. Ask all of the experienced, proven workforce that has left...workforce satisfaction and retention is not a priority.
The entire distributorship is a liability for the parent company. If corporate doesn’t realize it yet, they soon will. This thread can’t be any more transparent.
This quote could not have been written any better! I left! I was threaten legally! I didn’t care! I strove thru it! I succeeded tremendously!!! I don’t miss anything about these folks! I am more focused on my success and growth, not fighting backorders and fighting for inventory! It was the best thing I have ever done in my career! stepping away from this organization has been my best move by far!
