Have not heard one good thing about ZB Kentucky since the merge took place. Poor leadership, bad decisions and greed run that place.
You know... they make us user our own cell phones for work and won’t even let us expense our cell phone bills. Whenever things are going on outside of our 40hrs work week they will tell us it’s optional so they don’t have to pay OT and then either guilt us into going or if we don’t they make us feel so bad and make comments about how it’s just proof we don’t want to be part of the team.
For the longest time they didn’t even pay us OT when we worked over 40hr weeks. Now they throw a leader title on you and a couple people under you so they can work you how ever much they want without having to pay you over time.
Anything to work around the system to their benefit.
