Hard to believe this is for real. They pay unemployment tax it doesn’t cost them that much to take a claim.

I can’t believe they would fight someone over that.

For two people who brag about taking care of their team members, this is proof they “only do so” until they have no use for you anymore. “Only do so” is in reference to the fact if you shop around to other distributorship you’ll fine they don’t actually compensate as well as other ZB territories.

Definitely two men more concerned about lining their pockets than anyone else’s.

This is too bad. I knew her, she was good. It’s so odd they wouldn’t allow her compensation after all she did for the Lexington team and this company. These guys turn their back on so quickly on people that leave, company strictly bound by transactional leadership.

It means Zimmer Kentucky will flip to smith and nephew. Heard the dollar amount is well worth it for them and also heard nobody has signed non competes with Zimmer. Actually have heard lots of reps have been refusing to sign and Zimmer not doing anything about it as we can’t lose business right now. Times are a changing. Again.

What’s wrong about this? I know a few biomet reps who haven’t signed anything since the merger. They will walk with their surgeons and Z knows this, no pressure on them to sign anything. If Kentucky isn’t under some dumb contract why not walk away? What’s left here for them?

I’m not sure why ZB pulled Indy from previous group. They used to kill it. Now everyone is gone & the are running an Arthrex style. Young & dumb. No selling, just box opening!!
