Any update on the Derby court case from the Bro?
Not sure but if you google Oliver Stanbery, LLC you can stay up to date on theirs.

These guys took over Indiana. It’s a sinking ship. Reps running for the exits. Another big one just left this week. Corporate just waiting to sell to Medtronic.

What does that mean??Rumor has it these guys are talking to S&N… this will be interesting.
It means Zimmer Kentucky will flip to smith and nephew. Heard the dollar amount is well worth it for them and also heard nobody has signed non competes with Zimmer. Actually have heard lots of reps have been refusing to sign and Zimmer not doing anything about it as we can’t lose business right now. Times are a changing. Again. What does that mean??

What’s wrong about this? I know a few biomet reps who haven’t signed anything since the merger. They will walk with their surgeons and Z knows this, no pressure on them to sign anything. If Kentucky isn’t under some dumb contract why not walk away? What’s left here for them?Dont you get tired of being wrong? You succckkkkkk

LOL, they can’t be this dumb to repeat what Fields did.
for the amount of money offered, why the F not? Loyalty these days gets you NOWHERE, especially at Zimmer. Management so disconnected from reality it’s wild. The blind leading the blind.
How much money were they offered? Since you’re obviously sitting in on these negotiations with them, what dollar amount would it take to make them lose their business?
