If they are actually looking for work it can easily be found in this economy. Some of the people on this list will never leave or will always be unhappy in whatever they do.
Everyone is replaceable, I’m sure Tracy would be more than happy to have new blood to manipulate into the ZBOS culture.
Morgan interviews constantly and has been looking for years. So none of that is a surprise.
If ops is that bad, and I’m sure it is, go elsewhere. Nothing will ever change. Matt will never get rid of his sissy and Jason would never stand up to Matt if that needed to happen.

discriminate much? one gets fired for job hunting, one doesn't and one interviews over zoom on company time and still has a job. tyhe person fired for hunting needs a lawyer and a damn good one.

im trying to decide who is more of a coward matt or jason. they are both awful for reasons. morgan knows she cant leave and go anywhere because no one will kiss her ass like tracy does, and baby her like matt does. ever since i started here we have always been told "we cannot do anything with her she may hurt her self we have to work through what she has going on" so they choose to allow someone who doesn't add value to our company to continue to stay on. with that said she will never be happy anywhere. In the warehouse we used to think tracy acted dumb for attention from reps then we quickly discovered it wasn't a act she is just dumb
