Hey genius by not providing more money just makes RSS's look for another real company that do pay yearly merit increases.

As far as hiring reps that can sell, good luck with that for you have not figured out that for certain territories you can put in the # 1 rep and they won't do squat. You have/had the best reps. Start looking at leadership or lack there of. They need to go on a pip now. Two week pip!
