Opko has the funds (the entire MSL division is gone plus a VP and a Director) and is finally giving out rebates so we can get some prescriptions filled. Legacy territories with none to very little production deserve no raise. You’ve had close to a full year advantage over the expansion reps, and still no production? Sounds to me like YOU are the problem. It’s only a matter of time until you are shown the door.

Take your base pay and divide it by 52 weeks. That is your weekly paycheck amount. Take a week off and load fake calls then you can stop bitching amount the company screwing you out of $1.200.00 because they are cheap fuckers.

At this point I’m not sure if OPKO renal will survive. No discussion of anything, really anything, beyond a few quarters. I will have been here a year soon and no mention of merit increases.

It was announced on the town hall that there will be no merit increases or reviews for 2017. They are adding more new territories instead.
