not about hard work….is about results. We cant get any product with these unreal backorders, innovation is late, KG sucks. Period!

if things are going OK, NN will smile and nod and take the credit and ride the wave. But, the minute something goes wrong, you are up the creek. He has no experience getting out of a problem - his answers have been to sell it off or shut it down, or to leave. He's also been taught well to blame underlings and predecessors. I 'd say you've got another 18 months before things start really falling apart.

god help us all. Zimmer in trouble and now investors are onto the leadership issues. If Hanson had never come to Zimmer, things would be so different for us, but here we are…. 3M will be saying the same thing soon enough. What an epic flop by our leadership, wild to see how it’s still playing out and those that saw what was coming are long gone and were 100% correct on what was going to happen. Those that laughed at them know that shame feeling, as they live it daily. You know who you are, the ones everyone laughs at now, as they double down and dig in deeper to the BS that everyone can see now.
 








I recently met NN. He actually exceeded my very, very low expectations. I have no dog in the hunt, but wish him luck. The rest of the ZB "leadership" team continues to match their mediocre reputation.

He has a pleasant smile and knows when to nod.

No one can take that away from him.

If he hits some real problems in that division though like every other leadership job he's ever had, its shutdown city.

Agree on the trash, but how can you say he’s doing a great job as CEO? Over the last 5 years stock hasn’t done squat. Even with entire market growing this stock is stagnant and Brian/Ivan are in lockstep.
