Are you surprised. The horrible management of Xolair began when Nancy Oaks was put in place. Since then it has been horrible. But then again this is the Genentech way!!
 






What is the big deal with FRMs. This position is not needed at all to support Xolair. The only reason they exist at all is that BioOnc has them so everyone else wanted them too. Even the hGH franchise. Get real people.

Nobody needs them, they weren't there at launch when we needed them...... Now they are not needed,,,,,, they don't work,,,,,,,,Pasquel isn't doing his duty if he doesn't get rid of this worthless position.


You really think these losers do anything????????


Fire them and and free up resources for needed positions.


The joke of these people holding a DM level pay grade is a Joke,,,,,don't eeven get me started on the losers that call themselves Regional managers,,,,,they are the most worthless and unneeded positions of all.

Must be hitting close to home. The FRM position for all products could be outsourced for a fraction of the cost to a reimb. specialty company like Lash. FRMs are a joke.
 


















Jonathan and Khurem. What a bunch of fuck ups you are..How many more good people are you going to let leave before you either get your head out of your ass or you move on. PH, BB, BMc, K. Allison..You guys continue to drive our brand in the ground. Don't think Khurem's hands aren't still int he middle.
 












I need some honest feedback from people inside the Xolair market. I'm currently interviewing for a job for the Xolair position. Is this a good job to take within Genentech? The research I've done on the drug seems relatively good.

Are the reps happy within this division? I know there will be good and bad things about any organization, but what's the real situation here. Job says base salary is 100-120k range with 35k in bonuses. Are reps making bonuses? Thank you for any real feedback.

This product has been out for over 7 years and it's been exhausted. A ton of pressure here. Bonuses are merely achievable anymore. Attitude here is, lucky you have a job! From this point it's your call.

Xolair trial for hives and urticuria

Please don't be negative about this life changing drug!!we are in the current trial and it has changed my childs' life. It's a miracle drug where nothing else has worked. We have our fingers crossed that it will be approved for this indication! I believe in it so
Much I wish I could be a sales rep for it!
