WTF?

There's more to being a success in this business than selling a camera.

You should know this coming from S & N.

Agreed. That being said, it is a difficult product to beat, head to head. The fact that it can be autoclaved, thus guaranteed to be sterile, and still produce a great image makes it a stand alone product. I haven't seen anything that can compete with it and with respect to surgery centers, should be a slam dunk.

Ah, no I don't think so. That Linvatec rep does not sell Tornier, just Linvatec. He has been one of the most successful Linvatec reps in the country, in the last five years. Taking a lot of Power and Video marketshare from Stryker.

I know for a FACT that he does carry Tornier. Pat Egan from Minnesota is the distributor and the G.B. rep. is most likely 1099'd and thus able to carry other products.

MTF is the premier tissue bank. They have first right of refusal with 38 of the 51 donor retrieval
organizations in the US. They defer 97% of the donors due to their parameters. If I was getting an allograft, I would demand MTF. That being said, if you're not in a par area, you won't get tissue. You will also have to sell the PRP product. Prolly the best but most expensive on the market. Be prepared to be a hematologist to sell this product. Bottomline, MTF was hurting for cash. They signed a deal with Synthes before the J&J acquisition. That deal was stalled, so they sold sports to Linvatec for 60 million. It will die there.

What a surprise. Another product will die at the hands of Linvajoke

Actually, they kept most of the MTF sports management. Schaffer is worthless. There are a few that are good. I would rather represent MTF than any othe tissue bank. Linvatec can turn this into a plus. If they play their cards right. MTF was working on a cartilage product, they needed the cash to see it thru. Time will tell.
