I just want to say how I really enjoy this company. I have such a great manager and management makes great decisions. If you are considering working for us, do it!!!! All the negative talk are former reps that got fired. They cant let it go even though its their fault.

i really dont understand the bad attitudes towards small pharma. all big pharmas are having massive layoffs. this is where you need to be if you want to be in the industry. im happy to have a job in this economy.

WOW! These "positive" posts couldn't POSSIBLY be from Wraser management trying to water down all of the negative posts could they?! Seriously, please don't try to insult our intelligence anymore than you already have with your less than minimal pharmaceutical sales industry salary not to mention nonexistent / adjusted bonus structure. It's hard to believe there is such a high rate of turnover. This job is no better than receiving unemployment with medical benefits (which we paid for). I would not have posted this message had it not been for the overtly transparent "positive/management" posts... I am not just a disgruntled ex-employee, just disappointed. I actually envisioned a future with Wraser...

Ok I admit the salary is equal to collecting unemployment, but don't you feel better about yourself because now you are at least 'working' for that check instead of just sittin' around waitin' for Uncle Sam to pay you! Maybe is is a joke, but have some fun with it while your here!

There is a saying....if the bosses don't listen to those in the field, and the bosses don't know or don't want to know what the people in the field are encountering, then the bosses will continue to make uninformed decisions, and for that matter, bad decisions. Wraser (Cole and Heath) have and continue to make poor decisions. These statements are not coming from a rep who was fired. Here is one example and there will be more posted on this Board shortly.....There have been many instances of products not being available at the distributors, yet continued pressure on the reps to sell the product. If a doc writes a scribe for a product and that product is not available at the pharmacy, then the patient is going to go back to the doctor and have the doc scribe another product. The rep's continually get blamed for not getting the pharmacies to bring the product in, but when the pharmacies tell them that the distributor doesn't have the product (and in fact after checking they don't truly have the product), then whose problem is it. It is the person (if there is such a person) at Wraser who is responsible for making sure that all of the distributors have the product. They need to be on top of this full time. It is not the rep's responsibility for the distributors not having the product nor is it the reps fault for pharmacies not having the product. It does no good to have rep's out there marketing a product that is not available. There needs to be a national marketing person (s) who deals with the major pharmacies (CVS, Walgreens, etc.). A rep going to a major national brand pharmacy and asking them to bring products in is a waste of time and energy. More to come. Medicaid discussion is coming.

By the way, I am a doctor. I thoroughly understand the business and I feel for the rep's. I can tell you, that I write scribes that are the best medication available for my patients and are affordable. My patients are my primary concern and if the med's that I write are not available or not as effective as others, I will write the others. It doesn't matter what a rep tells me if the patients tell me otherwise. As I said earlier, in my case, the patients are the ones in the field, and the feedback I get from them helps guide me in what I prescribe. I will say, that the rep I do see from Wraser is energetic, very knowledgeable and good at what they do. Wraser would be proud of that person although I doubt they have any idea how well that person promotes their product. I don't write their med because it is too expensive for my patients (I have received numerous complaints) and there are other meds on the market that work just as well if not better.
