Worst RSD!!!

Love Ron. He is a people person and know how to build moral. Can't speak for the rest of them.

Either your standards are bottom of the barrel or your sarcasm is top notch. His lack of self awareness seems only topped only by his lack of ability and desire to hear himself talk. People like him are the reason this industry is being killed from the inside with every passing year.

Julie B is a micromanager to the point that many reps in her region are looking for other jobs. No idea how she ever sees her family. She's too busy micromanaging. Things are not good in her region. Micromanagement leads to unmotivated reps.

If you feel like she is micromanaging you then you might want to start looking for another job. Reps who were micromanaged in her old Chicago district quickly found themselves on a PIP and then the unemployment line. If you were doing well you did not get micromanaged out. Word.

Holy cow can you believe them. My manager shared with me that Julie the B has instructed him and other managers to be running call reports on reps and go over them with a fine tooth comb.

Sounds about right. She tried to drop the axe on my neck with that metric driven shit a few years ago. Didn't work. I'm still here.

Easy there tiger. She did carry the bag for about a year and a half before moving into management. Let's not forget how much value all that experience provides.

She will be replaced sooner than us. I can wait her out. Especially when you see how her Region is doing. I am one of the fastest of the fat kids!
