There is an easy solution for your problem. Update the old résumé and get hunting for a new job. It’s easier to find a new role when you have a role. Just remember, the grass is not always greener. Every pharma company has d-bags and also some solid leaders. But if you’re unhappy here, quit wasting time on CP and spend more on LinkedIn looking for a new gig.
A bunch of us tried to leave for BMS and HR blocked the exit by sending a cease and desist letter. I was a final candidate and got the rug pulled out from under me. I’m not alone. So here we are. Completely disengaged and putting in the minimum. Congrats ITCI. You won and got to keep a bunch of people who don’t want to be here.
HR blocked us from leaving with their cease and desist orders and legal threats. Now we might lose our jobs when JnJ takes over? They knew this was in the works and did it anyway. The question is "why?" Why not let people who don't want to be at ITCI leave? Why did they get in the way of our ability to make more money at BMS or Neurocrine? These people are evil. All they ever cared about was their stock portfolio. We reps always pay the price for their selfishness. Typical of ITC leadership. Don't fix the low pay or lousy culture driving people to BMS, Neurocrine and other places. Use your scumbag lawyers to stop them from leaving. Stupid is as stupid does. And HR here is stupid.
