The majority of the second floor in Raritan! That is where all the decisions are made for employees but yet none of these people ever go out into the field. It's 2015 folks just in case you didn't know what decade you are managing a sales force with your toilet of a comp plan and micro management of spreadsheets. it should be mandatory for front office personnel to walk the beat from time to time so they know what the current reality is and to know if their direction is relevant for today
 






















































Wish people were like that for their own employees when the comp plan sucks! Everybody is only concerned with good old #1 and it shows daily at this place

Your comp plan would be more than generous if you could be bothered to produce something other than childish insults about your superiors on an anonymous message board. The latest comments will not go unanswered by senior leadership. This nonsense stops now.

Every time he gives a speech his intonation, cadence, and delivery are exactly the same. It's funny to listen to him talk because you can tell that he is BS'ing just from the way he is talking. That is something I cannot understand, aren't salespeople supposed to be intuitive and have the emotional intelligence to read people? How does leadership not pick up on the fact that he has no idea what he is doing?

Maybe because he is a lap dog and is exactly what they want in that role. He is the guy who blames people when things go wrong even if it was his plan that was devised to execute. Like i said, you can't have a person setting goals and holding people accountable from an office. Get out there yourself and set goals and plans that are in accordance with the reality of today's climate. Otherwise, you get this. A shitty plan and a shitty comp plan that is unattainable and or just plain misguided
