The micromanagement in the contact lens division is not effective, nor will produce sales. KCS, while a lovely lady, doesnt get contact lens sales. She is pharma.
I've never seen such unhappiness in a sales force and poor management and upper leadership. No wonder we arw number 4 and will stay there with all the BS they have us doing other than sales. Upper leadership has no idea what selling in this environment is like. They haven't sold in this space.
We need proven medical device thinking or someone with at least contact lens experience...across the board. Pharma thinking isn't working...it's not pharma
I fear the entire sales force will leave. I know everyone is looking bc this is no way to live.
