HR to look into it? That would require the lad to remove his head from their arse so he can see and hear. Anyone that poses even the slightest threat to these leaders is quickly muffled and moved out. No one good or strong will get far while they are in place. But let’s face it-AZ will like it this way. Birds of a feather. Still laughing about HR helping out-so gullible-poor guy.

They need to hire more women-pretend they are allowed to be effective-promote 1-2 occasionally and showcase their non-value add work and they will appear to be competent leaders. Take a page -self contained artificial success measures. Yeah-HR will also participate in taking credit for the success. Just like big pharma spin cycles. Hire people that won’t make you look bad-don’t do much more than make paper look good-and collect some pay checks.
 



Wow-that’s great work across the new Ops leadership team. Those first 100 days sure do measure your ability or lack of it. The lad has been making decisions to cover his arse and that of his boss. Marc? -anybody- watching this implosion? Rumor has it the SVO’s secretary recommended the spectacular hire. Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha-you can’t make this up. Such skillful management and poor judgment on par with the best of the overly confident amateurs and it’s not July yet.
 



There appears to be a new contender? coming out of Ireland-again? Fighting in the light weight class and coached by the same clueless HR function? Is it possible?? Is it the same people that protected the veteran everyone in CT knows has long been incapable of doing the job. How do they get it so wrong????
 






So true-should have been called out. issues were squashed to position team and leaders in Ireland-the center of excellence-so obvious. in the land of the blind the one eyed man is king.
 





















The TLL leadership is gross. JC must be the initials of the week and California must be the state because they both have the same initials and live in the same state of California. Both are rancid for completely different reasons. 1 does absolutely nothing, therefore he doesn’t even earn the name leader while the other is a back stabbing madwoman to whom her team despises so much that they kiss her ass in fear of retaliation. Either way, both of them I nominate as worst leaders in the company.
