What a sad bunch of empty pants. They can barely string together a coherent sentence. How are they still there? They say yes sir, yes and …but it’s a new chapter and they haven’t, can’t and won’t deliver. What they do deliver are head count cuts.

There is always a thread of truth embedded within these company posts and all companies have similar issues- but damn is Alexion/AZ that bad?
 






Think Dumb got Dimber (not a typo). Not an original thought. Just buying time until an exit package (best option) or enough equity vesting to make it worth the wait. All the motivation and passion that existed in this organization-has been dampened and extinguished. The lucky ones will go early-for having opinions and a voice. AZ is full of cookie cutters and they will only keep those they can shape. Run

Used to be great….now it’s a dumbed and dulled down version of what it was. Only people riding out their retirement or who can not do better elsewhere are left…doesn’t make for an environment.
 
























Michael Teehan learned everything he knows (not very much) from Shane Doyle. They are the two worst leaders in here by a long way! They think leadership is all about looking after themselves, dictating to the masses and bs ing the folks up above - they literally haven't a clue what real leadership is. They will both be found out, they must be struggling in this environment already and will really struggle to find anything once they are exited, which will be soon.

They won’t recognize talent, are threatened by anyone with more experience, and won’t challenge the stays quo. If you are in their organization and want to learn and advance, you have to leave; bottom line.
