HR does not pay attention, they wait until the best reps leave before intervening and getting rid of bad managers. At least the company finally wised up to the dimwit S.W. (HER2 in Pacifc NW) and a few others but it was long overdue and very costly for the company as a result of a lot incompetence.This article reminds me of old-school GNE management. I had some great managers here but such a shame big pharma sociopaths have been allowed in. We see the sad results daily. Thanks to those of you who still believe in serving your teams. HR are you paying attention?
