Clearly you aren’t with the company anymore or if you are you like the check the box mentality. Unlike most of the RBDs, Rich left you alone to actually get your job done instead of worrying about metrics that don’t matter. Why??!! I think she’s great. Very supportive and in time to her managers and reps. She always makes herself available and is our biggest cheerleader. She promotes family first and has a huge heart.

Managers here are on witch hunts to fire reps over expense report violations. We have real issues at this company but HR is flooded with managers having them comb over receipts and sign in sheets. This is embarrassing.
